Dog Mutilates 4-Month-Old Boy’s Genitals
Police are still looking into what exactly happened in a Waukegan apartment early Sunday morning when a dachshund chewed off the genitals of a 4-month-old boy.

i feel terrible for that child where were his parents should be the first question that child had to be screaming crying i just hope that in 15 or 16 yrs from now there will be some type of plactic surgery for him may god bless him
